Join this Hatha yoga practice, designed for those with able bodies who feel comfortable with trying various poses both standing and on the floor. The aim in CWEA yoga is always that we work to our own body’s ability, being mindful of our personal safety. Please bring a yoga mat, a strap, two large towels/ blocks and wear comfortable clothing.
