In this course we look at the last 175 years of US History, right up to President Trump (or is it Musk?). We will consider changes in the demographic, social, economic and political landscape. We will also examine the triumphs, the tragedies, the addition of various states, and issues both inside and outside America's borders that made it a “culture-war dominated military-intervening nationalist”, yet also an independence-loving liberal democracy.
