What is the true conception of truth? What actually is it to believe something? How is a conspiracy theory different from other theories, if it is at all? What is the difference between faith and reason? Do the different sexes really think differently? Can we ever know anything? How do these all tie together? These fundamental questions lie at the core of science, ethics and this course will introduce and explore these ideas in a comprehensible and enjoyable way, and relate them to current topical debates.
