This smaller, sunny room can accommodate up to 14 people without tables and 12 around tables. One wall is a floor to ceiling sized magnetic whiteboard. Double doors open onto the deck that is pleasant for a break in warmer seasons.  This room is suitable for meetings, teaching music, art or similar classes and is close to the kitchen. Corporate: $25/hr Not-for-Profit and community groups $25 per 3hr session.

Kitchen facilities have two options but please note this space is shared with other users unless you book all rooms.

• Option1: If you are only serving tea and coffee, then you provide all your consumables (tea, coffee, milk, sugar etc). You may use our crockery, glasses and cutlery but please load dirty dishes into the dishwasher and wipe benches down before you leave. Corporates: $20 per day. Not-for-profit and community groups: $10 per day.
• Option 2: Serving food as well as tea and coffee (either catered food/making or heating food onsite – oven, hotplate and microwave). Corporates: $50 per day. Not-for-profit and community groups: $25 per day.  There are platters, plates, cutlery, pots and trays that you can use. Simply load dirty dishes in the dishwasher and follow instructions to set that going. Wash any platters that don’t fit into the dishwasher and wipe down the benches after you have finished your session.
